• Operators: Individuals who wear an Intuition-provided recording device (or an approved equivalent) and participate in our data collection program by recording everyday work tasks to earn compensation.

Intuition operates internationally, including in the United States, the European Union, Latin America, and Greater China. Where required by local law, regional supplements to this Privacy Policy may apply to individuals outside the United States.

Intuition is the data controller for all personal data collected from Website Visitors, Platform Users, and Operators. It determines the purposes and means of processing for all personal data and is responsible for the robotics datasets managed, versioned, and distributed through our platform.

Part I: Your Personal Data on Our Website and Platform

Section 1: Information We Collect

We collect information to provide and improve our services. The types of information we collect depend on how you interact with us.

1.1 Personal Data You Provide to Us

When you interact directly with our websites, the Intuition app, or our platform, we collect personal data that you voluntarily provide, including:

• Account Registration Data: When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, a secure password, and related profile information.
• Payment and Payout Data: To subscribe to paid services we require billing and payment information, and to pay Operators for accepted uploads we collect payout account details. This information is securely processed by our third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe). We do not store full credit card information on our servers.
• Device Logistics Data: If you receive an Intuition recording device, we collect the information needed to provide it to you — such as a shipping address or a pickup appointment at a designated location, depending on availability in your region.
• Communications Data: When you contact us through our website, submit a support request, or communicate via email, we collect the information you include in your correspondence, such as your name, email address, and message content.
• Community and Forum Data: If you participate in our community forums or contribute to our open-source projects, we collect the information you choose to post, such as your username and the content of your contributions.
• SMS Communications Data: If you provide your phone number and consent to receive text messages, we collect and use your mobile number to send onboarding updates, operational notifications, and, where you have explicitly opted in, promotional messages.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe, or HELP for assistance. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. 1.2 Usage Data Collected Automatically

As you navigate our websites, the Intuition app, and our platform, we automatically collect certain information about your device and usage patterns:

• Usage Analytics: We analyze how users interact with our services, collecting data on features used, pages visited, time spent, and other clickstream data to improve our platform’s functionality and performance.

Part II: Collection and Use of Robotics Training Data

Section 4: Egocentric Demonstration Data — Collection and De-identification

This section describes the core of Intuition’s operator program: the collection of real-world work-task data for robotics training. Recordings are first-person video and may contain faces, voices and other identifying details, including of people other than the operator. We treat recordings as personal data for as long as we hold them.

4.1 The Nature of Captured Data

Our data collection is conducted by Operators who have enrolled in our recording program and received an Intuition recording device (devices may be picked up at designated locations or shipped; availability varies by region). Operators perform a range of everyday work tasks — in heavy industry such as construction, mining, and manufacturing, and in general physical work such as kitchens, cleaning, warehouses, retail, agriculture, automotive work, and home tasks — while wearing a small, simple recording device provided by Intuition (or an approved equivalent). These devices capture a multi-modal data stream from the operator’s first-person perspective, which may include:

• RGB video from the operator’s point of view.
• Inertial Measurement Unit (IMU) data tracking movement and orientation.
• Hand and body position data as captured by the device.

4.2 De-identification, honestly described

We apply de-identification measures — such as blurring faces, or removing sound from a dataset that does not need it — where they are technically feasible for the material and the dataset in question. We do not run an automated blur of every frame before upload, and we do not claim anonymisation by design.

Where such a measure is not technically feasible for particular footage, we do not pretend otherwise: that footage remains personal data with every protection described in this policy. No recording falls outside this policy because a measure was applied to it.

4.3 Legal status of the data

Recordings, and the datasets built from them, are personal data under applicable law and are covered by this policy. We do not assert that any dataset we create, distribute or license falls outside personal data protection law by reason of de-identification. Where you ask us to delete your data, we erase what we hold in our own systems, stop making your recordings available for new licences and exclude you from datasets we build after that date; we cannot retrieve copies already delivered to a licensee, and we do not promise a recall.

Section 5: Use and Distribution of Datasets

The purpose of creating these datasets is to accelerate innovation in the fields of artificial intelligence and robotics. Recorded data is used to train AI and robotics models that improve end-user experiences across household and industrial settings. We operate a tiered distribution model:

• Community and Open-Source Contributions: Certain datasets are made available to the research community under open licenses to advance the broader field of real-world robotics.
• Commercial Subscriptions: Organizations can subscribe to access curated, high-quality datasets through our platform API for use in commercial AI and robotics development.
• Worksite Insights: For industrial programs, we may provide participating worksites with safety, process-efficiency, and analytics insights derived from recordings. These insights are aggregated and do not identify individual operators.

Part III: Data Protection, Retention, and Transfers

We take the security of all data under our control seriously. We have implemented appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data, including:

• Encryption: Personal data is encrypted in transit and at rest using industry-standard protocols.

Recordings and the datasets built from them are retained for as long as they are used for the purposes described in Section 5; we do not treat them as falling outside personal data retention limits by reason of de-identification. Account data is deleted within a reasonable period following account closure upon request.

Intuition operates internationally, including in the United States, the European Union, Latin America, and Greater China. Your personal data may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States or other countries where Intuition, its affiliates, or its service providers operate.
